AN ACT
amending TITLE 16, chapter 1, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-167; relating to qualification and registration of electors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 1, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-167, to read:
16-167. Voter registration irregularities; corrections; reports
On any complaint of an error or irregularity in county or state voter registration records, the county recorder and secretary of state shall investigate the complaint and correct any error within two weeks after receipt of the complaint. The county recorder and the secretary of state shall report quarterly the results of their investigations to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives, and the secretary of state shall maintain a copy of the report.
