A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
proposing an amendment to the constitution of arizona; amending article ii, section 13, constitution of arizona; relating to equal rights.

Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Arizona, the House of Representatives concurring:
1. Article II, section 13, Constitution of Arizona, is proposed to be amended as follows if approved by the voters and on proclamation of the Governor:
13. Equal privileges and immunities
Section 13. a. No law shall be enacted granting to any citizen, class of citizens, or corporation, other than municipal, privileges or immunities which, upon that, on the same terms, shall do not equally belong to all citizens or corporations.
B. This state shall not deny or abridge the equal protection of the laws on account of sex.
2. The Secretary of State shall submit this proposition to the voters at the next general election as provided by article XXI, Constitution of Arizona.
