Page 79, after line 45, insert:

"Sec. 104. Appropriations housing trust fund

A. The sum of $50,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the housing trust fund established by section 41-3955, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B. The legislature intends that $40,000,000 of the appropriation in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years."
