Overview

Requires the press release for the truth in taxation notice to include the name of the newspaper and the dates it will be published and that this information also be posted on the official website of the community college district or the county, city or town.

History

The Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice of Tax Increase (Notice) requires a county assessor to transmit and certify specific information to the property tax oversight commission and the governing body of the governing jurisdiction that is required to compute the levy limit.  (A.R.S. §§ 15-1461.01, 42-17107 and 48-254)
