Overview
Appropriates monies in FY 2021 for the payments of claims against state agencies.
History
The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is required to submit claims against the state that are older than one fiscal year old and less than four fiscal years old to the Legislature requesting an appropriation of monies sufficient to pay the claims (A.R.S. § 35-191).
Provisions
1. Appropriates the following in FY 2021 for the payment of claims:
a) $49,377.36 from the Capital Outlay Stabilization Fund to ADOA;
b) $355.90 from the Risk Management Revolving Fund to ADOA;
c) $2,329.50 from the state General Fund to the Department of Corrections;
d) $317.23 from the State Charitable, Penal and Reformatory Institutions Land Fund to the Department of Juvenile Corrections;
e) $121,140.92 from the State Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation;
f) $15,275.94 from the Administrative Fund to the Industrial Commission of Arizona; and
g) $2,800.00 from the Podiatry Fund to the State Board of Podiatry Examiners. (Sec. 1)
