Overview

Removes the requirement for the governing board or board of a political subdivision to send an informational pamphlet to the Department of Revenue (DOR) within thirty days after the bond election and that DOR maintain copies of those pamphlets.

History

A.R.S. § 35-454 requires the governing board or board of a political subdivision to submit a copy of the informational pamphlet to DOR and that DOR maintain copies of the pamphlets.
