Overview

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the state GF in FY 2022 to the Arizona Arts Trust Fund (Fund).

History

The Fund is administered by the Arizona Commission on the Arts (Commission) and shall consist of revenues derived from corporate filing fees. The Commission is required to deposit revenues into the Fund at least quarterly (A.R.S. § 41-983.01).
