FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Limits, to $10 million, the portion of the one-time $75 million appropriation to the Department of Forestry and Fire Management from the state General Fund that can be used for financial assistance to private landowners for emergency repairs to infrastructure due to wildfires.
