FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

1. Specifies that a written request by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for necessary corrective actions must be made to the Chairperson and the Executive Director of the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).

2. Specifies that ADEQ must provide a copy of the request for corrective actions to the governing body of any local jurisdiction with residents served by the noncompliant ACC-regulated wastewater treatment facility or system or public water system.
