FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Prohibits a peace officer from removing and impounding a vehicle involved in a DUI offense if another person, rather than just the driver's spouse, is with the driver at the time of arrest and other requirements are met.
2. Repeals:
a) the Freight Advisory Council within the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT);
b) statutory requirements relating to major railroad project review, disclosure and assessment of project information by ADOT and public hearings related to such information; and
c) the corresponding Railroad Review Fund.
