AN ACT

 

MAKING CAPITAL OUTLAY APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE

STATE AND FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of veterans' services; Ganado senior and veterans center building

The sum of $1,444,100 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of veterans' services to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with constructing the Ganado senior and veterans center building.

Sec. 2.  Appropriation; department of public safety; Blue Gap/Tachee Chapter public substation

The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of public safety to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with the utility connections for the Blue Gap/Tachee Chapter public substation facility.

Sec. 3.  Appropriation; department of veterans' services; Tselani/Cottonwood Chapter veterans building

The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of veterans' services to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with constructing the Tselani/Cottonwood Chapter veterans building.

Sec. 4.  Appropriation; Arizona department of agriculture; Nazlini Chapter irrigation development

The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona department of agriculture to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with constructing the Nazlini Chapter farming irrigation development project.

Sec. 5.  Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 191

The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with constructing a right-of-way access road and improvements to State Route 191 between Many Farms and Round Rock.

Sec. 6.  Appropriation; department of transportation; Kin Dah Lichii Chapter bridge replacement projects

The sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with the Kin Dah Lichii Chapter bridge replacement projects.
