AN ACT
Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; U.S. Route 89A
The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to construct a traffic circle at the intersection of North Lake Powell Boulevard and U.S. Route 89A in Page and to install traffic control devices at the intersection of U.S. Route 89A and the road to the Horseshoe Bend parking lot.
