AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of economic security; Navajo veterans housing program

The sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of economic security to distribute to the Navajo Nation veterans administration veterans housing program. These monies may be used only for Navajo veterans who reside in this state.
