AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the state department of corrections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; state department of corrections; substance abuse treatment programs

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the state department of corrections to provide substance abuse treatment programs to prisoners in the custody of the department before their release.
