AN ACT

repealing title 41, chapter 6, article 10, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing section 41-3027.03, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the office of administrative hearings.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Repeal

Title 41, chapter 6, article 10, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2. Repeal

Section 41-3027.03, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 3. Conforming legislation

The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-fifth legislature, second regular session.
