AN ACT

appropriating monies to the ADMINISTRATIVE office of the courts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; administrative office of the courts; alternative to detention and incarceration programs

The sum of $1,512,300 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the administrative office of the courts to distribute to Pima county for alternative to detention and incarceration programs.
