AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the school facilities board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; school facilities board; Kirkland elementary school district

The sum of $2,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the school facilities board to distribute to the Kirkland elementary school district to construct a new school facility.
