AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the school facilities board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; school facilities board; financing agreement

The sum of $171,550,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the school facilities board to pay for the retirement or defeasance of the financing agreement entered into pursuant to Laws 2015, chapter 15, section 16.
