“Sec. 4. State permitting director

The state permitting director position created by section 41-2102, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, does not result in an additional full-time equivalent position.  The state permitting director position is included in the full-time equivalent positions in the office of the governor as of the effective date of this act.

Sec. 5. Appropriation; Arizona department of administration

The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the department of administration to develop the state permitting dashboard.”
