FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

1. Removes the permissive authority for a remote seller to elect to pay a single tax rate, rather than the tax rate for each individual municipality, and removes the requirement for the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) to annually determine the single rate.

2. Removes the requirements for ADOR to administer the single rate and adopt rules to carry out administration.
