AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Removes provisions
relating to the expansion of qualified immunity statutes for specified state
employees.
2. Removes the exclusion
against the state being able to obtain insurance or provide for self-insurance
for losses against and liabilities arising out of sexual abuse, sexual assault,
molestation or physical abuse by the person or by anyone acting in concert.
3. Specifies that programs
that may be insured by the Arizona Department of Administration include
transitional independent living programs and extended foster care programs.
4. Makes technical
changes.
