Page 1, line 23, after the period insert:
"The state treasurer shall distribute not more than the following amounts from the election integrity fund in a single general election cycle:
1. $3,000,000 to Maricopa county.
2. $1,000,000 to Pima county.
3. Not more than a total of $8,000,000 to counties with a population of less than one million persons. The monies shall be allocated to counties on a pro rata basis based on the number of registered voters in each county on the effective date of this act."
