An Act
amending title 17, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 17-302.01; relating to game and fish.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 17, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 17-302.01, to read:
17-302.01. Taking of wolves for protection of life or property
Notwithstanding any other law, the commission may not prohibit any person from taking a wolf that is actively threatening or attacking a person, livestock or other domestic animal.
