AN ACT
amending Title 1, chapter 5, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 1-503; relating to state documents.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 1, chapter 5, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 1-503, to read:
1-503. State documents; sex identification
A document issued by any agency, board, commission or department of this state that is required by law to indicate an individual's sex may only indicate the individual's sex as either male or female.
