AN ACT

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Flagstaff downtown connection center

The sum of $6,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to the northern Arizona intergovernmental public transportation authority established pursuant to title 28, chapter 26, Arizona Revised Statutes, for the capital costs of the Flagstaff downtown connection center project.
