AN ACT
amending title 28, chapter 2, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28-339; relating to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-339, to read:
28-339. Dynamic message signs
The department may display only messages that are directly related to transportation or highway public safety on the department's dynamic message signs, except that the department may display Amber alerts, Silver alerts and blue alerts on the dynamic message signs.
