AN ACT
amending title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 1-321; relating to holidays.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 1-321, to read:
1-321. Asian American and Pacific Islander month
A. May, in each year, shall be observed as Asian American and Pacific Islander month.
B. Asian American and Pacific Islander month is not a legal holiday.
