AN ACT
amending title 16, chapter 4, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-567; relating to conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-567, to read:
16-567. Drive-up voting and drop boxes prohibited; exception
Except as required to comply with section 16-581, title 41, chapter 9, article 5, the Americans with disabilities act of 1990 (P.L. 101-336) or other federal law, the county recorder or officer in charge of elections may not:
1. Provide for or allow a voter to receive a ballot and vote from a vehicle or other conveyance.
2. use a ballot drop box except inside a polling place or voting center or the county recorder's or election department's offices or facilities. Appropriately trained election workers shall monitor ballot drop boxes.
