AN ACT

appropriating monies to the department of veterans' services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of veterans' services; Fort Defiance veterans memorial cemetery

The sum of $30,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of veterans' services to distribute to the Navajo Nation for costs associated with improvements to the Fort Defiance veterans memorial cemetery.
