An Act

appropriating monies to the housing trust fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; housing trust fund

The sum of $100,000,000 is appropriated from the monies allocated to this state from the American rescue plan act of 2021 (P.L. 117-2) in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the housing trust fund established by section 41-3955.
