An Act
amending title 32, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32-3230; relating to health professionals.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-3230, to read:
32-3230. Health professionals; practice; employment; business entities
Except as provided in section 32-1753, a health professional may engage in the practice for which the health professional is licensed in any form of business entity in this state or as an employee of any form of business entity in this state.
