Line 9, strike "STIMULUS MONIES OR INFRASTRUCTURE MONIES"; after the period insert "this does not include state and federal monies appropriated by the legislature to the housing trust fund established by section 41-399."
After line 43, insert:
"Sec. 2. Appropriation; military and transitional housing fund
The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the military and transitional housing fund established by section 41-3995."
