HB 2050: telecommunications fund; report; posting

Overview

Requires the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) to post a report on the Telecommunication Fund (Fund) on their website.

History

The Fund was established to pay costs incurred by the telecommunication program office. The fund consists of the following:

1)   Legislative appropriations;

2)   Grants for telecommunications purposes;

3)   Monies derived from administering the telecommunication program office;

4)   Monies derived from the sale or exchange of telecommunications assets; and

5)   Monies derived from agencies and political subdivisions and  other states or their agencies in payment for services provided by the  telecommunications program office (A.R.S. 41-713).
