Overview

Limits the amount of dues a city or town may pay to a membership organization.

Provisions

1.   ☐ Prop 105 (45 votes) ☐ Prop 108 (40 votes) ☐ Emergency (40 votes) ☐ Fiscal NoteCaps the amount of dues that a municipality may pay to a membership organization to an amount not greater than the municipality's total population multiplied by the per capita membership amount paid by the most populous municipality that is also a member of the membership organization. (Sec. 1)

2.   Defines membership organization as an organization whose paid membership is composed, by majority, of cities and towns. (Sec. 1)
