Overview

Appropriates $600,000 from the state General Fund (GF) to the State Aviation Fund (Fund) to distribute to the Prescott regional airport for the strategic academic flight education complex.

History

The Fund uses money from the fund for planning, design, development, acquisition of interests in land, construction and improvement of publicly owned and operated airport facilities in counties, incorporated cities and town and Indian reservations (A.R.S. § 28-8202).

Prescott Regional Airport is a non-primary commercial service airport serving a range of aeronautical activities to include recreational flying, corporate aviation, aviation business, flight training and commercial line service.

Provisions

1.   Appropriates $600,000 from the state GF to the Fund to distribute to the Prescott regional airport for the strategic academic flight education complex. ☐ Prop 105 (45 votes) ☐ Prop 108 (40 votes) ☐ Emergency (40 votes) ☐ Fiscal Note(Sec. 1)
