The license plate provided must display the number assigned to the vehicle and the owner of the vehicle. The plate must also display the name Arizona and be coated with a reflective material that is consistent with the standards of ADOT regarding the color and design of license and special plates. The Director must design the license plate and the letters and numerals on the license plate to be of a sufficient size to be clearly readable during daylight from 100 feet away (A.R.S. § 28-2351).
