Overview

Modifies the state office buildings that the Arizona Department of Administration is responsible for the operation, allocation of space, alteration, renovation and security of.

History

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is responsible for the direction and control of public buildings that are prescribed in statute.  ADOA is additionally responsible for the operation, renovation, allocation of space, alteration and security of enumerated state office buildings in Tucson, Phoenix, Kingman and Scottsdale, the state capitol executive tower of the state capitol building and other buildings that are owned or leased by the state and located near the state capitol building and state office buildings in Tucson (A.R.S. § 41-791).

Provisions

a)   519 East Beale Street in Kingman;

b)   2910 North 44th Street in Phoenix;

c)   9535 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale; and

d)   9545 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale. (Sec. 1)

2.   Adds the following state office building locations to what ADOA is responsible for:

a)   701 East Jefferson Street in Phoenix;

b)   801 East Jefferson Street in Phoenix; and

c)   1030 North 32nd Street in Phoenix. (Sec. 1)
