Purpose
Redirects the FY 2022 Main Street appropriation to Center Avenue in Jerome.
Background
Laws 2021, Chapter 406 appropriated $560,000 to the Arizona Department of Transportation for improvements to Main Street in the City of Jerome. Main Street is located to the east of the City of Jerome and Center Avenue is located on the south end of the City of Jerome (ADOT).
There is no anticipated fiscal impact to the state General Fund associated with this legislation.
Provisions
1. Redirects the FY 2022 Main Street appropriation to Center Avenue in Jerome.
2. Becomes effective on the general effective date.
