amending section 35-123, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to state budget preparation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 35-123, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE35-123. Nonappropriated monies; report

The governor's office of strategic planning and budgeting shall prepare and distribute to the joint legislative budget committee a separate report on or before February 1 October 15 of each year on all nonappropriated monies.  The report shall include actual receipts and expenditures for the prior fiscal year and estimates of receipts and expenditures for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.END_STATUTE
