An Act

appropriating monies to the state mine inspector.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; state mine inspector; abandoned mines

The sum of $1,122,000 and six full-time equivalent positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the state mine inspector to inventory and coordinate the closure of abandoned mines in this state.
