Between lines 42 and 43, insert:
"(b) A company or other entity that is any of the following:
(i) Headquartered in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Venezuela.
(ii) Directly or indirectly held or controlled by the government of China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, RUssia, Syria or Venezuela.
(iii) Owned by or the majority of stock or other ownership interest of which is held or controlled by individuals who are citizens of China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Venezuela.
(c) A company or other entity that is owned by or the majority of stock or other ownership INTEREST of which is held or controlled by a COMPANY or entity described in subdivision (b) of this paragraph.
(d) An individual who is a citizen of China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Venezuela."
