Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Department of transportation; highway extension

The department of transportation shall extend state route 90 from interstate 10 north to aviation drive.

Sec. 2. Appropriation; department of transportation; extension of state route 90

The sum of $40,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation for the extension of state route 90.
