HOUSE BILL 2210

An Act

amending title 15, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-324; relating to school districts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-324, to read:

START_STATUTE15-324. Governing board members; access to school district facilities and staff; prohibition

A. Each school district governing board member shall have at least the same level of access to the school district office facilities and staff during regular business hours as any employee of the school district office.

B. A school district may not limit a school district governing board member's access to school district office facilities by requiring a governing board member to be accompanied by or to seek authorization from an employee of the school district. END_STATUTE
