An Act

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Clarkdale bridge

The sum of $6,321,360 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Clarkdale to replace the current bridge over Bitter Creek wash with a bridge that is suitable for vehicular traffic and to convert the current bridge for pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
