appropriating monies to the department of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of water resources; water infrastructure projects

The sum of $41,916,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of water resources to distribute to the city of Page for water infrastructure projects as follows:

1. $5,416,000 for expansion of the wastewater treatment plant.

2. $13,500,000 for the design and construction of a pipeline.

3. $23,000,000 for the design and construction of an intake pump station.
