Page 1, between lines 1 and 2, insert:
"Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-324, to read:
15-324. Governing board members; access to school district facilities and staff; posting requirement
A. Each school district governing board shall publicly post a quarterly report on the school district's website describing the level of access to school district office facilities and staff that each governing board member has, including any restrictions or requirements that are imposed on a governing board member's access.
B. A school district governing board member shall have at least the same level of access to the school district office facilities and staff during regular business hours as any employee of the school district office."
