SENATE AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2210
(Reference to House engrossed bill)
Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-324, to read:
15-324. Governing board members; access to school district facilities and staff
Each school district governing board member shall have both of the following:
1. At least the same level of access to the school district office facilities and staff during regular business hours as any employee of the school district office.
2. the ability to access school district office facilities without staff."
