HOUSE BILL 2286

An Act

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Little Colorado River levee at Winslow

The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Navajo county to reconstruct the Little Colorado River levee at the city of Winslow.

Sec. 2. Appropriation; department of transportation; post-fire mitigation; drainage

The sum of $8,987,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to the city of Flagstaff for post-fire mitigation, including detention basin maintenance and operation, and drainage capital improvement projects.
