An Act
amending title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-111; relating to the governor.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-111, to read:
41-111. Inauguration expenses; contributions; reporting; posting
A. For any ceremonial event to commemorate the inauguration of a governor, the office of the governor shall publicly post on the office of the governor's website all of the following:
1. The name of each committee or other entity, including an entity that is organized under section 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 of the internal revenue code, that is organizing, supporting or funding the INAUGURATION ceremonial event and a description of the type of each ORGANIZATION.
2. The name, address and occupation of the chairperson and treasurer of the organization prescribed by PARAGRAPH 1 of this subsection.
3. The name, address and occupation of any INDividuAL who donates anything of value to the organization prescribed by paragraph 1 of this subsection and the amount or fair market VALUE of the donation.
4. The name and address of any corporation or other business entity that donates anything of value to the organization prescribed by paragraph 1 of this subsection and the amount or fair market VALUE of the donation.
5. An itemized list of the amount and type of goods or services purchased by the organization prescribed by paragraph 1 of this subsection and the name and address of the person or entity providing the goods or services for the INAUGURATION CEREMONIAL event.
B. The office of the governor shall publicly post the information prescribed by this section within fifteen days after the date of an inauguration ceremonial event.
