Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 32, chapter 10, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-1129, to read:

START_STATUTE32-1129. Apprenticeship programs; certificate of completion

If a person completes a United States department of labor-approved or a department of economic security-approved apprenticeship program in a construction trade, the person shall file a certificate of completion with the registrar in a manner prescribed by the registrar. The registrar shall maintain the certificates of completion.END_STATUTE
